You need to apply a more robust risk framework to this take. Can’t just look at the chance of something good or bad happening. Need to take into account the effects of that thing happening. Bad president is less bad than bad king. See War of the Roses
Fair but nevertheless a mixed class representation solves that risk. A functional constitutional monarchy that is accountable to a House of Lords and a House of Commons is an ideal government in my view. Balance of right of soil, right of blood, right of rule.
