When you start sending nudes it's liberating. Then it becomes a grim addiction like everything online.
I keep hearing that Twitter/social media is some horrible gateway to a life of mental anguish. And as a 40-something family man, frankly that sounds exciting. But in reality. It all just seems really predictable and pedestrian.

I agree. But it’s funny watching people trying to claw out some of the seediness of the anonymous AOL/Yahoo chat room/instant messenger days and failing miserably
