It’s not a coincidence that our government full of the doddering elderly has done nothing to protect Americans’ data and nothing to mitigate the harm of social media. Each election it becomes an even worse mistake to vote for someone too old to understand big tech.
What makes you think that a government run by folks of any age would be interested in protecting our data? The only thing that the government has consistently wanted from tech is more access to that data.
