We mid-40s Gen X-ers don't get a lot just for us, these days. We're just too scarce. That jumps out at me when I hear either Yang or O'Rourke talk. I can *feel* that they're ~ my age, and guess what? I like it.

I'm 43 and I feel no connection to Stranger Things at all. It's way more about 80s nostalgia than it is about the 80s. Show has a very millennial ethos. That kind of pop culture fandom simply didn't exist at the time.
