I tend to doubt self-proclaimed champions of free speech are arguing in good faith when they refuse to acknowledge that "free speech" is often used as a refuge for those who wish to be *shielded* from speech accusing them of racism, sexism, etc.
Eh. Not sure why I should care more about the people who make the argument in bad faith more than I care about the argument itself. Pretty sure that lots of guilty people sometimes use procedural rights to shield their guilt. Doesn't make me less supportive of procedural rights
