I remain, as ever, just *slightly* confused as to what counts as a politically correct SJW/Twitter mob shutting down debate and what's just righteous umbrage at offensive speech.

One way of looking at "political correctness" is that it's a dynamic set of ever-evolving norms we attempt to use to have productive public debate in a multi-racial, multi-ethnic, open, tolerant and pluralistic democracy.

Always funny when media folks try to tell us how words work in the real world. Anyone who works understands the concept of political correctness as something more than the attempt to have a "productive public debate." Often it's the thing preventing a productive public debate
