They talk a lot about racism, but the one who speaks in this photo, was the one who authorized, on behalf of Maduro, a process of "criminal cleansing"in a highly "black" coastal town in which culminated in the capture and then killing of PoC for simply looking like "criminals"

20 people were racially profiled by their appearance, all of African descent, all ended up in a common grave in a vacant lot most without criminal records. There are still two bodies even without being identified, that was the Barlovento massacre, which Chavism did.
