As of FY 2019 the War on Terror has cost $2T. And there was no PAYGO. Instead, there were 2 GWB tax cuts, Medicare D, a mini stimulus, Obama stimulus, and Trump tax cut. Anyone who says GND needs a PAYGO has to tell us why none of the above needed PAYGO.
What if you think all of those things were bad policy as well? Arguing from a claim of hypocrisy can only get you so far
