This test violates UN Security Council resolution 2231 that bans Iran from undertaking

It is so clear: “designed to be capable”. Not capable. In addition you should first prove the test includes it has been a ballistic missiles. Do not forget that the first shooting to 2231 was by USA that despite all IAEA reports, violated the resolution
