Except when the government is openly fascist, say in 1930s Italy. It was perfectly fine to call Hitler a Nazi... It may just be the governments leading their countries into fascism that protest the charge a bit too much.

First this ain't a Hindu country nor this Govt is only for Hindus. The person made a statement regd a Govt and anyone questioning a Govt can't be treated as Anti Indian.
