They need recurring stimulus payments if they really want to stimulate the economy. People won't spend as much if there is no certainty about what is coming in, in the future. They will save in case there are no more stimulus payments.

Honestly liability shield isn’t even that bad I think. I might be naive but it’s so hard to prove in court some random person came into your shop spread covid because they were asymptomatic and then some person gets it and sues the small business to the ground. Lawyer lobby!!!

I think it’s more if a company has not put the proper procedures into place to even try to keep people healthy. This would get more companies putting in shields, supplying masks, sanitizer, putting in distancing measures, etc. If no liability companies, will just try to save $$
