YES! I have an MS from UC Berkeley & I have a side-gig as a dogsitter. Being educated doesn’t make one “elite” nor does it guarantee rewards. Most of us have to work really hard. A few become “elite”. I still pick up dog shit for $$.

That's must be humbling. I wish my kids had that work ethic. I paid cash for their college, they live in a house I own for free so they can save, 2 yrs now. There time is almost up. Time to get out on their own. Good luck in your future. You appear to deserve it.

On a lighter note. When I was a kid, the big thing was to train your dog to fetch the news paper. Now the dogs have trained us to pick up their poo. Seem like we're moving backwards.
