It's an amazing job you guys did in NYC.

Trying to follow your lead now in Latin America.

huge accomplishment! but i'd temper that statement back to say started a *n. american* revolution rather than a "global revolution" -- we were catching up to the reorganization happening in Europe for decades before.

Have you been in Times Square lately? native New Yorkers avoid it like the plague.

An entire block for tourists to crowd is still better than the same amount of tourists trying to crowd onto the sidewalk.

I feel like this is partly trolling
@NYCMayor and his failure to continue this legacy, and I’m here for it. -
There is a close to 100% chance if you asked the mayor about Times Square, he would say, “I never really go there because there’s too much traffic and it’s hard to find parking”

Your book inspired me to setup @RethinkCIC, Janette. We're not quite NYC but the rules I learnt can be applied to public spaces and streets everywhere I look. Thank you!

Nice similar evolution by Madison Square Park and the Flatiron Building. Reduce the arteries but improve the flow.
