His enablers should go, too. The GOP lost all credibility when Trump claimed that "he knew more than the generals." The party of Eisenhower should have laughed him off the stage. The GOP turns its back on real sacrifice and proclaims this fraud as a "patriot."

Early on, I seriously thought he would resign about 2 or 3 years in, wanting to go back to his regular life and having enough of it all. I wish it had come true.
