The bigger issue though is the strongest block of republican voters are at an age where abortion rights are irrelevant to them. Same with climate, debt, minimum wage etc. government is responsive to their needs and they don’t need reproductive healthcare.

Or anti-abortion advocates are single issue zealots with blinders on. They’ve never considered, nor do they give a hoot, about any ramifications of forced birth. Point out they are also often anti BC, sex-ed, etc... measures proven to decrease abortion rates.
