Broome County election officials say there are ~100 uncounted ballots remaining. There are 100-200 that have been challenged, but those are in the count. If the courts rule against them, they will be taken out of the count. Potential for the # uncounted to slightly increase.

Chenango County is the one to watch today! Election officials confirmed to me their absentee count began this morning; expecting the results of ~4800 votes.

Cortland County election officials told me their count is completely done. Not yet certified, but they don’t expect anything to change.

Herkimer County election officials say there are still quite a few hand counts remaining. They said 5-10 per election district, which would mean a ball park of 300-600 still remaining.
Madison County election officials told me there are 132 ballots “in question”. Did not specify if these are challenged ballots or if they’ve been included in the count. This could change their totals but not by much.

Oneida County is still the big question mark!! Left a voicemail and an email, but still no concrete answer of how many ballots are left.

Oswego County had slightly updated counts for me: another 142 for Tenney, 46 for Brindisi. Coupled with a slight change in Madison this is where the new numbers come from.
Election officials say there’s still a couple hundred ballots left.

Tioga County tells me there’s a handful of hand counts left, but their numbers are pretty much locked in.

A hand count ballot is a ballot that for some reason (irregular marking, slight tear, etc.) could not go through the scanning machine and has to be counted by hand.

I would expect them to mirror the regular absentee ballots in the county, which went for a roughly 68-32 two-way split for Brindisi.
