I thought those stats backed up the idea that his serve IS great. Just cuz he doesn't serve 135 doesn't mean it isn't dominant.
I understand your point, but I also get what Jimmy was saying. He doesn't overpower with his serve, but uses it effectively

that would be a good barometer for "dominant" serve.
