FYI - older white males can be discriminated against when their jobs go overseas and they need work.
those are the same jobs black Americans are fighting for as well and not getting on equal playing field.

Exactly! Discrimination is wrong. I hired 2 black people in the last year - based on quailes. It was hard b/c 1 lady needed work

The question was do I hire working blacks or unemployed whites? Had to go with qualifications and prayers for her.
