Question for those who know physio stuff. I started playing tennis again, usually late at night after shooting. Or on weekends. Last time I got into this, about 10 years ago, I blew out my calf muscle while serving. SO: what precautions can I take on calf/achillies? What stretch?

I pulled mine last year... twice! I’ve been stretching more beforehand. So far so good. Im w/ James on the foam rolling.
