      @JRBlake Just to clarify is the court pronounced Lewis Armstrong or Louis Armstrong? @cwhitakersport is adamant it’s the former.

      It is the former. A few musicians who knew him said clearly that he preferred the more formal pronunciation of his name.

          @DavidLawTennis ESPN shows a montage of Louis Armstrong. In it, Wynton Marsalis describes Louis Armstrong’s contributions to music and society at large.
