What does this mean? Rather than opening up the next round of the vaccine eligibility to people with underlying medical conditions and workers such as grocery store employees, transit staff, etc., it will next by open to people ages 55 to 64 (starting March 1).
Here's the new schedule, based on age: People 55 to 64: March 1 People 45 to 54: March 22 People 35 to 44: April 12 People 16 to 34: May 3
Teachers and other schools staff will still be given priority. State officials say educational workers can sign up starting March 1 for special clinics. Goal is to give every school worker who wants one a first dose by end of March, officials say.

This is how Israel handled it, we need to simplify and get vaccines into arms. I think this is the right thing to do.
And yes I know that "Israel" does not include Gaza and I am aware of how problematic that is, I am only speaking to simplifying the process!!!
