BREAKING: Gov. Larry Hogan has lifted the stay at home order starting on Friday at 5 p.m. in Maryland. It will now a stay at home advisory. Hogan also says PG County and Montgomery County are not ready to move into stage 1 of getting back to normal yet.

Telework should continue, masks should still be worn. Frequent hand washing should still take place. Staying 6 feet apart should still happen. Gatherings should be limited to 10 people. If numbers continue to fall in Maryland, the state will be ready to go into stage 2

Hogan also points out the reality, even if we get to stage 2....until this virus has a vaccine there will be a new way of living and if numbers increase again, it'll mean more and more stringency once again.

My analysis: Nothing has really changed except you can legally have 10 people or less in your house if you are willing to take the risk.
