    New pics posted Sunday of Haftar’s 106th conducting exercises. The photographs are impressive alright. But then again, the “expensive military parade” & “impressive war games” cards have already been played multiple times by the LNA this year. What else can the LNA do?

    Re-upping the below to coincide w/ the news that Tatneft resumes oil extraction activities in the Ghadames basin👇🏻

    Lucrative deals to exploit hydrocarbons wealth are “a distant prospect” for , this report says. So why did Gazprom resume its activities earlier this year? Why is Taftneft about to do the same? Why is Rosneft already in business? Why are more deals coming up soon?
