    This thing where a young couple gets on to a bus/tram & the guy immediately sits down without asking the girl if she wants to sit down bugs me. I’d presume that maybe the girl never wants to sit down & it’s their thing - but I see it like 5 times a day. Just be a gentleman dude

    Thanks for writing this 🙏🏽 I’m in a similar spot - after getting close to my desired weight, I stumbled & now I’m almost 15kg over that goal... 😕 Wish you strength to stay on track & I’ll try to do the same - with both my eating habits & finally quiting smoking! 💪🏼

    2/2 But I think it’s reasonable to say that most people who like Space Odyssey probably watched a lot of movies previously & had a chance to explore & develop their taste. (I’m sure there are outliers) Music feels the same to me. I hated jazz & classical not that long ago.

    1/2 Most people don’t like classical music & jazz. I think the main reason for that is they don’t have the “vocabulary” to like it. It’s like with movies: there’s a tremendous difference between watching Avengers & watching 2001: Space Odyssey. Neither is good or bad.

    The worst part about retrocomputing is, after you’ve tracked down all the rare vintage components, found and fixed all the electronic issues, cleaned up the chassis, and gotten the thing to boot, you have to actually use an old computer

    I like how Spotify for MacOS is 521,7 megs, while Blender, a pro 3D software that does a hell of a lot more than just playing music is 444,4 I wonder how much unused code is in the Spotify app 😬

    If anyone is having the same issue (can’t change store because of subscription): I couldn’t download new apps. But when I went to the “bought apps” section in App Store & redownloaded an app that I previously deleted, it switched to the correct store. Oh, how I ❤️ software 😑

    Okay. Okay. So I pay Apple money every month to listen to music. Then I accidentally click a link to the US iTunes store & I can’t listen to music until february 12th?! WTF?!!! 🤬 Well, this is the last drop. Bye , I’m switching to
