    The provides services to San Diegans in need. I was glad to learn about their varied and impressive programs, and honored to help serve tonight’s dinner.

    San Diego's Safe Parking Program is a model of success that should be replicated throughout our region. I applaud for moving forward with their first lot and look forward to seeing other cities in the County take these much-needed steps.
