@TeamYouTube we have exhausted all effects with google support and the forums but the email we receive back are just robots that aren’t helping us. Please we can’t sign into our account on a computer, but can on the app on our phones. We haven’t gotten any strikes or anything.
I just tried to clear the cache and cookies but the problem still persists. I have also tried using the link but it doesn’t help.

Hmm, could you try using a different browser/Incognito mode? Let us know how it goes.

I tried using chrome incognito and internet explorer( one time incognito one time not) still no luck, I’ve also tried multiple different laptops and it won’t let me.
