OK @YouTube, I've learned to live with the fact that I have to waste broadband data if I want to use all your features, but now you take away my ability to be able to hear videos without having to be on the App?! What am I paying you for? I want YouTube Red in Puerto Rico now
I live in Puerto Rico. It's a US territory, yet I am denied such features. I and many other people have complained in the past about this, you have said that it's a "jurisdiction" problem. It's been 4 years since it's launch and you have done nothing. Fix it, please.
