Hi Matt! Thanks for reporting on this. Would like to point out that the cities’ names are Laredo, Texas and Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Might confuse folks as to where Hector has gone missing.

Yes Hector’s last known whereabouts = Tamaulipas Mexico. Please let us know any news of his safety and whereabouts. His family in the U.S. and Mexico are desperately searching. Last seen May 19.
