If there has been underreporting, the reason may simply be that hospitals in Wuhan are packed and doctors are stretched. “There are likely to be many times more cases in Wuhan than officially confirmed…Clearly, the hospitals are overwhelmed.”

So up to now, i have read reports implying fatalities were mainly among elderly with compromised immunities & not as deadly as SARS but this 53 yr old fitness trainer who died and wasnt classified as corona virus...hmmm
