Given that Minnesota rabbis recently spoke out in favor of a mask mandate, comparing that mandate to the Holocaust feels especially disgusting. His fellow "New House Repub Caucus" member, Jeremy Munson, called me and other insulin advocates "National Socialists" a year ago. When I explained as a Jew how offensive it was too be called a Nazi, he said that wasn't what national socialist meant. So ignorant and offensive.

There are Jewish holocaust survivor still among us in MN as well. These images and comparisons are deeply traumatizing for those people. PETA does similar things as well. Everyone should have more compassion.
