As ignorant as this sounds but with everything that I’ve learned about Trump in the last 2 years, I really didn’t know the man who I voted for in 2016. I am also concerned what else is Trump hiding? I really voted for a monster.
What do you think makes his supporters unable to see what he really is? Setting aside his financial shenanigans...he is such an awful human being. Just that alone should turn people away from him.

Because he's on their team and that's all that matters to them. He could do no bad for the vast majority of his base, so long as they get their SC picks they don't care what he does or says.
