Those w/ less access to sex plausibly suffer simiarly to those with low income, & might similarly hope to organize to lobby for redistribution along this axis. Yes. The author would presumably talk about men's "unmet needs." But do people really advocate transfer payments for the impoverished SOLEY to address unmet needs, wants and desires? Some might, but there are other ways to argue for the transfer payments.

This Incel stuff is just nuts. Women aren’t commodities. There’s no social or governmental barrier of entry to having a relationship. People are free to associate with whomever they want to. No one should receive cash b/c they can’t relate to other humans. Counseling yes.
