do not think this ever! You may think he got away with this, but I assure you that every single report is kept on file and will effect his disaplinary reactions for the rest of his career (assuming he even has one). Always report if not for yourself for those in the future.
-
I would like to think that, but as a Vietnam era female veteran, I have seen little change. A bill in Congress in recent years was not passed and even mocked. In my experience, the only Justice came from other men who became aware and took social action against the offender.

I was also assaulted by a superior and did everything to report him and they put me through the ringer. Ten years later and I still have nightmares. You are not alone and if you need to talk, hit me up. It’s terrible that we and many other people had/have to go through this.
-
Ugh yea. It's even more infuriating because they told us to report it and that it wouldn't be tolerated. I was so sure I'd get justice. I'm sorry you went through that. You did nothing to deserve it, and I hope you can stop carrying it someday.

They did this for hundreds of years in US. I was brutally raped tortured by five criminals & escaped in US & they had a newborn baby in same room abused; I escaped called police & prosecutor male @ court said: "I see this everyday, but we have baby" & simply let them go free

Being Active Duty currently and after 20 years of service every time I hear I story like this it is heartbreaking. I am sorry for what happened to you. For those "Leaders" who did nothing and failed you and for what you will deal with now and in the future. May God bless and heal
