I've had enough of hearings. When is Congress finally going to put their money where their mouth is and pass legislation that will stop this discrimination?

Just do whatever the hell they want, make anything law with the snap of their fingers and not be held legally accountable? Yeah the constitution protects us from that, it's not good.
