      fwiw I actually read this as they intended. Paragraph starts with "On February 20th, 2018, we’ll also implement this threshold across existing channels on the platform, to allow for a 30 day grace period."

      The one part I don't fully get is: "When they reach 1,000 subs and 4,000 watch hours they will be automatically re-evaluated under strict criteria to ensure they comply with our policies." I don't know if they're referring to users who meet the threshold (c)

          will be automatically re-evaluated or if creators in the YPP that don't meet the threshold but later do will be re-evaluated. I would think they're talking about creators that meet it but uncertain.
