Maybe they should take a page out of Google Labs' book. Years ago they offered a plugin for your Gmail requiring that you answer a math problem quickly. It was to self-regulate drunk emailing. But decent idea to make sure you're thinking clearly.

Haha — well there you go. To answer Bule, mainly manufacturing systems, etc. They rely on drilling into their employee’s heads the proper procedures. Human safeguards instead of software ones. (I’d prefer both!)

I don't buy it, I think they just don't want to admit that hackers got into their system and sent the message on purpose. Knowing many hackers who would do that makes it clear to me what happened.

I disagree, but that's what makes the statement so great. "Someone clicked the wrong thing" covers unauthorized users too. I'm using this from now on.
