The last few times we've uploaded the upload percent would freeze for up to 7 hours until we decided to close out and try again, we never got any error message

Try clearing the cache/cookies of your browser and checking it on Incognito mode to see if that makes a difference. Also, Let us know how it goes on other devices as well.
