ohhh, OK. I was picturing the mid-level goal tape thingies, I wasn't sure if some of them gave 1ups in some circumstance...
funny, that page is missing one from VoB2 its the only case of a level having more than 1, and once one is triggered, the other cannot be triggered, even after reentering the level (which is why the rules say "one in every level that has at least one")pic.twitter.com/zBeTKJZ5OU
