no its even worse. its data that any experienced player doesnt need but is invaluable to new players. it's targeted at the worst demographic possible to not seem like a jerk: people who Want to try learning dota
The feature I'm really dubious about in Dota Plus is the 'Plus Assistant' offering. Is this like a ridiculously OP guides?

Very true. The real-time, in-game help in particular should be kept for everyone (or no-one), grossly unfair if not.
