I’m getting there for 6am Friday do you think I’ll get in at a reasonable time? Any advise from everyone will be appreciated!
It depends what you're after! Large plush and some of the London City items will likely have sold out by then most likely (mainly pins, hoodies and bottles). It didn't look like the London City Pikachu plush sold out today which is good news.

How was going super early to queue? Could you just go into the shopping center and get in the inside queue? Planning on turning up around that time in a week or so and want to know how to prepare
