The ASA are unable to manage regulation within influencer marketing. Do U feel an independent regulational body is required or should Trading Standards become even more involved in this industry?

Interesting question thank you! Hopefully with the CMA stepping in and assisting the ASA on this front, we won't need to involve Trading Standards too. Ideally we don't want to over-regulate the space, but equally we have to see how influencer practice develops.
