Last time we've gone to a place called Moon (which is poppyseed in Estonian, as I recall). It's a superb mix of Siberian, Karelian, Russian, etc. cuisines and the quality and service are both top notch.

Many great restaurants in Tallinn but one of my favorites has been Tchaikovsky in the Old Town.
