I'm astonished at how bad the customer experience is when using @ticketmasterUK. Even leaving aside touts, we're talking failures at every stage of purchase (even when tickets seemingly locked). Not an expert on the ticketing market, but presumably a company ripe to be beaten.
The CMA has been looking into ticket touts and secondary sale sites recently - I don't think this will be the last of it either. Getmein is closing but agreed on the conflict point. Had a great experience with @Twickets recently so I hope more promoters start going with them.
