    Working in publishing basically means having tote bags full of other tote bags.

    Are cotton tote bags earth-friendly? Not exactly. An organic cotton tote needs to be used 20,000 times to offset its overall impact of production, according to a 2018 study. That equates to daily use for 54 years.

    All I'm saying is that I support Simone Biles and I'm also REALLY PROUD of , who has been doing the good work on this incredibly important beat of mental health and sports for a while now. (And I hope you will be able to read her book really, really soon.)

    The Simone Biles news reminds me of my chat with her in April 2020 for a story about elite athletes' mental health during the pandemic. Back then, she wasn't even sure whether she'd compete this year.
