you are right. The JCPOA is fully negotiated in 2015. Iran should never and never accept any form of negotiation, with any US adminstration since the US government has violated the JCPOA.
Iran is in touch with the remaining participants in the #JCPOA on issues.
No proposal is needed for the US to rejoin the JCPOA. It only requires a political decision by the US to fully and immediately implement all of its obligations under the accord and abide by UNSCR 2231.

a Iran should in my opinion never let and accept the US come back to the JCPOA . b US should first lift immmedately all Trump sanctions, and also the secondary sanctions and all other JCPOA related sanctions on Iran.
