It speaks of bodily autonomy. The same principle that says that you can’t be forced to donate sex or blood to save another human being says that a woman’s body doesn’t have to host another against the wish of the woman. This is core to what it is to be human.
Ok, I’ve no idea what your position really is here but it seems you think it’s selfish of a woman to not have sex with a dude, and if so... 


Of course people tend towards selfishness, that’s besides the point. The text we discuss speaks towards how we should approach this: Should the “selfish” bodily autonomy be respected or not? The discussion is about “ought”, not “is”. We agree somewhat about the “is”
Twitter is bad at nuance, but if you view a woman not having sex with a guy against her will as selfish, then you basically have ruled all acts that sustain a persons life as “selfish”, and I don’t think that gives us any good analytical leverage to move a discussion forward
