I am trying to contact youtube support for some time now .It strikes me the I got the impression that I am not really contacting actual humans but just robots where they are just dealing with inquires according to an algorithm. .
I have drawn this conclusion based on the question I asked whereas every really human could had looked in it and understand but not a robot. The replies are standardised and even an 8 years old child could understand what I am inquiring.
It seems to me I am wasting my time when trying to contact youtube support. Useless, indeed! Are those really humans or just robots?
