To have a corporate mainstream media personality actually utter these words is an indication as to how depraved the US establishment has become.

SICKENING!!!! "We are 'refueling' the Saudi Bombers?" It seems to me that we are helping those who murdered thousands of US citizens on 9/11/2001.
-
All personsrs behind the scenes were still the same either in 9/11 or saudi's bombing but blaming the Islamic countries and the jihadists...?!?!. For 'them' war is just a game to keep "enemy's countries" busy and destroyed from within...

Well most people won't like Wolf Blitzer putting it so bluntly, but at least he put the issue on the table. The US has an economy predicated on WAR in more ways than you can count, so Americans have to face up to a vastly changed domestic situation if the world is to have peace.
-
More on the same "blunt statement of how capitalist economies really work" theme:https://www.mintpressnews.com/wall-street-curing-diseases-bad/241176/ …

And those who work in an industry that creates weapons of misery & death just for the sake of working, or enriching themselves thanks to their company’s stocks rising, are complicit with the murder of 1000’s of innocent lives. No excuse for this. Evil is evil no matter what.
-
Well maybe we could differentiate somewhat between those getting basic wages that only just feed their family (production line workers), and those who make billions from the death machine. But still, ALL Americans are complicit, and most don't want to know.
-
If they’re making a very basic income surely would be happier making that basic income doing something which won’t ultimately contribute to or facilitate further bloodshed.
-
Of course. But the truth is that the whole of the American economy supports the War Machine - directly or indirectly. It's economy would collapse if they stopped making war and the materials of war tomorrow. That is the truth that Americans need to face up to - and change.
-
It won't collapse the economy. It might collapse the industry of war and take the influence of such people away. What needs to collapse is msm. Americans know the truth but to change takes getting rid of bad actors who promote greed and control over basic human rights and truth.
