As seen in the above screenshot, the Hi-Res Lossless Audio or HiFi version of Apple Music seems to have the internal codename “FUSE”. I’ve also found some links that may lead to access to a FUSE Preview, which I’m still looking into.

Update: It turns out FUSE is just the codename for Apple Music as a whole. I was unable to gain access to any of the FUSE Preview URLs, however, I found other strings hinting that Apple may be integrating features including likes, posts, and comments into Apple Music.

It’s likely either the date that they drafted this file or the date that they originally planned on dropping the new HiFi Audio feature.
