You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
I wasn’t able to gain access to this app, but I dug through some of its files and, after some research, it appears that it is used by Apple Store managers to order replacement parts for demo devices that are in need of repair. Not 100% sure if that’s it’s only purpose though.
